We are pleased to announce the publication of the Heanor and District Local History Society's newest book.

"A Portrait of Heanor and District 1900 - 2004" is a fabulous picture book, with 144 pages, and more than 230 photographs, many never previously published, covering over a century of the life in the Heanor area.

The cost of the book is £7.50, and it can be purchased from several local shops in the Heanor area, as well as at meetings of the Society.
